Aha-Take on me

One of the most innovative videos of the past fourty years is now 25 years old. Check out this article from the BBC website.

It was one of the first song I bought on 45, and Hunting High & Low was the second album I bought (after Comic Relief-Live at the Shaftesbury).

If only it wasn’t for that Jennifer Rush woman it would’ve been number one. It was only in the 00’s that A1 took their version to number one.

But here’s the original, and one of the most requested video’s ever.

And tonight, they play Cardiff on their farewell tour – the first & last time I’ll get to see A-ha – A sad moment in my musical heritage. Photos to follow no doubt 🙂
